  • After pouring everything they had into opening their first restaurants, chefs Craig Harding and Rob Rossi head to Italy for a rustic tour. An epic and adventurous trip exploring the various regions of Italian food culture and inspiration to take back with them to their home city. At each major destination, the chefs are going to cook and serve a special meal for a group of locals featuring their spin on regional popular dishes while using local ingredients sourced out earlier in the episode. The Rustic Tour also features stunning cinematography showcasing Italy in all its glory bringing the viewer closer to the experience.

1 - 'This Is Going To Be Big!'

It's on to the next epic rustic adventure for fellow Chefs Rob Rossi and Craig Harding. They pack their knives and head south to Argentina, a land of amazing characters, stunning landscapes, fire, meat and red wine. The Chefs couldn't be more excited to seek out inspiration and new cooking techniques for their restaurants. They land in Buenos Aires and meet their contact Carina, a local food and wine expert, who knows where to explore in this massive cosmopolitan city. First up is the most famous pizza joint in the country where cheese is not taken lightly. The Chefs are then taken to one of the best new restaurants in the city where they are served a 'cow sequence', a spectacular eight course meal using every part of the cow.

2 - 'My Kind of Cooking.'

The Chefs are in Buenos Aires for day one of huge food show called Masticar, run by the best Chefs in the country. Rob and Craig get inspired seeing all the local producers, wine makers and food vendors. They sample insanely delicious dishes and chat with many celebrated Chefs. That night they check out a nightlife and cocktail culture that has exploded in Argentina. A hidden door in a wine shop leads to Florida Atlantico where they sample incredible food from their ‘parilla’ barbecue washed down with hand crafted cocktails.

3 - 'The Best Meat I Ever Had'

Carina takes the Chefs deep into the countryside for a true ‘asado’ experience, the classic Argentine version of a barbeque. At this 'Estancia', an enchanting ranch with a castle and exotic trees, meat is cooked by an old Asador on a huge open fire pit. The next day they tour up river from the city and into the Delta, one of the five largest in the world. It's another rustic, eye opening experience as they spend the day at Delta Terra, a new conservation project that serves amazing traditional food.

    4 - 'We've Never Done This Before'

On their last night in Buenos Aires Rob and Craig want to do their own take on the Asado experience for all the new friends they’ve made. In the morning they head to one of the oldest markets in the city to source ingredients for the cookout. They then check out the best street food in town, sampling delicious sausage and pork sandwiches while getting even more inspiration for the upcoming feast. The pressure is on as they have never cooked on a parilla before but with their skills and tons of meat they definitely make a statement.

5 - 'We're Ready For You, Are You Ready For Us?'

The Chefs land in Patagonia, one of the most rugged and beautiful places on the planet. After a tour of the Swiss inspired town of Bariloche, sampling local chocolate and beer, they head to a cooking school and meet one of the best Chefs in the region. They roll up their sleeves and help him collaborate on one of his spectacular dishes. The next day Rob and Craig head into the stunning Andes mountains to experience an ancient cookout technique called the Curranto. Local meat and vegetables are buried under leaves and dirt and cooked with hot rocks, a process that blows their minds.

    6 - Welcome To Mendoza!

Rob and Craig head to another lakeside Patagonian city called Villa Angostura, where they meet Anthony, a local guide who shows them around this incredible area. They drink ‘matte’ on a mountain top, learn to make Patagonian chocolate and sample local cuisine. The next day they head to sunny Mendoza, the wine capital of Argentina. Surrounded by desert and the snow capped Andes, the Chefs begin their tour by getting up and close with the Zuccardi winery, sampling some of the best wine in the country.

7 - 'The Whole Country Smells Like Fire And Meat!'

It's time to soak up the culture and drink the Malbec wine that Mendoza is famous for. Rob and Craig check out some local street food before heading into the mountains for a traditional Mendozan party with cowboys, wine and great food. The next day they head to one of the oldest vineyards in the town before dining at celebrity Chef Francis Mallmann's famous restaurant 1884.

8 - 'My Eyes Are Wide Open Now'

It's the last day of this epic rustic adventure and the Chefs want to go out with a bang at a vineyard that sits at the foot of the towering Andes mountains. The owner's wife is a Chef and they make plans for a huge cookout featuring goat ‘a la Cruz’. Rob and Craig will cook a whole suckling goat stretched on a cross over an open outdoor fire. It's not an easy process but the end result is perfection and the dinner party guests are impressed with the multi-course meal they create. With so much learned and so much inspiration to take back home Rob and Craig agree that Argentina was a truly the trip of a lifetime
