Since 1962, St. Francis of Assisi Parish has led Toronto’s Good Friday Procession through Little Italy—a solemn, large-scale reenactment of the Passion of Christ featuring statues, music, and costumed participants. Blending religious devotion with the city’s multicultural heritage, it has become the largest event of its kind in North America.
